Glorious RED!

It's REDnesday!

Can it get anymore RED than this?

When I saw these strikingly RED flowers while touring Alaska I grabbed my camera and shot away.

Hubby thinks I'm crazy taking photos of flowers all the time.  LOL!

Please join our host Sue at It's a Very Cherry World (here) for more REDnesday!

  1. Indeed the bloom you share from your Alaska travel is extraordinary; it is as if the flowers know they have a very short window to bloom, thus they do it with all the passion in vibrant colours.;) I guess the colder climate produces glorious beauty.;))
Have a lovely rest of the week dear Sandy,

  2. What gorgeous flowers Sandy! For about two seconds this morning I wondered what my neighbors were thinking about me as I wandered around my yard taking pictures of my flowers.

  4. These columbine are gorgeous. I have several of them but NO red. I would love a red and have not seen them. I imagine you are soon to leave Seward and head for Homer. See you soon I hope.

  11. I'm so happy you shared these pictures with us today. I took pictures of the same flowers while in Aurora, NY at MacKenzie-Childs store and I've always wondered what they were. My photo is the exact same kind of flower. I have a pic of a lavender color one, too. Awesome!

  14. Yipee.... this 100 % faster at downloading now. I am thrilled you changed it up to five or so... We all can still open up and see whose on your roll. The other thing I shorten on mine were my tags and labels. Off to see if I can get on your blogfrog roll.

Still playing with centering the header picture. It's driving me mad crazy.

    Toodles,
    Kate
